My goal in the community is to bring the most innovative therapy, and the best quality of care―to do everything for the patient.

ABOUT MOE

Dr. Mohamed Farhat is proud to support the community he serves. His commitment to patients extends well beyond the examining room. Every day, he strives to bring the most sophisticated cancer treatments to people within his local community and beyond.

For both him and his team, it’s the patient first—always. That’s why after receiving his undergraduate degree from Loyola University Chicago, and his medical degree from Chicago Medical School of Health and Science in Chicago, he chose to focus his considerable expertise and establish his oncology practice in Crown Point, Indiana while also being available part-time in DeMotte and Rensselaer.

philosophy

Treat people well by doing good. That means the most effective protocols are developed with the human body and spirit in mind. From financial preparation to supporting caretakers and patients, Dr. Farhat is driven to heal the body, restore the soul and address each individual’s unique needs for truly personalized care.

passion

People, not patients. When cancer strikes, the body becomes a battleground. But to Dr. Farhat and his team, those in the process of conquering cancer become more than just patients. They become part of their lives.

Every person seeking treatment will be handled with the same dignity and dedication as any member of Dr. Farhat’s own family.

When patients approach treatment with a positive attitude, in a safe and supportive environment, they will be empowered to overcome their illness and thrive.

The foundation of incredible care is built on the strength of the connection between patient and provider. It is a sacred bond.
